1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Happy Dog TV streaming service (the "Service") operated by Happy Dog Inc. (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the pet healing video streaming platform and all related services provided by the Company.
• "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Member" refers to a registered user who has provided personal information and completed account registration.
• "Content" means all digital information including videos, music, images, and text provided within the Service.

3. Account Registration

• The service agreement is established when a user agrees to these Terms and completes registration, and the Company approves the application.
• Users must be at least 14 years of age to register.
• The Company may refuse registration if false information is provided or other requirements are not met.

4. Service Usage

• The Service is available 24/7, 365 days a year, except during scheduled maintenance.
• The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance with prior notice.
• The Service is accessible globally wherever internet is available. Content availability may vary by region.

5. Subscription & Payment

• The Service is available on a monthly subscription basis (Basic or Premium).
• Subscription fees are automatically billed on the monthly billing date.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via My Page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Content Usage

• All content provided through the Service is owned by the Company or original copyright holders.
• Users may only use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
• Simultaneous streams are limited by subscription plan.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account credentials
• Reproducing or distributing content without Company authorization
• Disrupting the normal operation of the Service
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
